Outcomes Measures The Rehabilitation Measures Database provides a list of assessments tools, the appropriate diagnoses for the tools, the length of time to administer, and links to the instruments. The Center for Outcome Measurement in Brain Injury website provides information on recommended outcome measures for people with brain injury and links to the instruments. The APTA Neurology Section website includes information on outcome measures recommended by the StrokEDGE taskforce for people with stroke.
