| Check CEU Database Anyone who has paid the KPTA CEU tracking fee can use this page to get a listing of all CEU hours that are on file with the KPTA office as of January 1, 2011. The report is for the CEU period that began January 1, 2011 and ends December 31, 2012. If you run a report and no hours are listed, it could be that no courses have been entered into the CEU database for you, or you have not subscribed to the tracking service, or your license number was entered incorrectly. The status of courses received will appear as one of the following: Approved - course has been reviewed and meets CE criteria. Denied - course has been reviewed and does not meet CE criteria. Pending - course has been received and submitted to the PC Committee for review. More Data - course has been received and additional data is required prior to course application being submitted to PC Committee for review. In this instance, you have been notified by email or phone of the additional information needed for further processing. To get a report, please enter your Kansas physical therapist or physical therapist assistant license number in the box below, then click the "Get Report" button.
